someone gets it!!!
Excellent observations Ann, and views I share. Too often we appear to limit ourselves, in our personal and professional lives to 'what has been done' rather than what might be done. It's the beauty of entrepreneurial spirit that looks at, and attempts to address that which is 'wanted' but may not be currently available. It doesn't have to be a unique product or service per se, but it can be the pacesetter. Many of us spend each day bemoaning things that annoy us, things that might be better provided for, yet when we really consider how change might be brought about...and if we might be that introducer of change, it gets exciting! Put this energy into our business, rather than the 'sheep' mentality, and you have part of a recipe for innovation, creativity and success. Lead, or be led?
@bob1 Ha! I love the part where you say we spend time bemoaning the things that annoy us and yet do nothing to change them Bob. I've changed my thinking now and look at great ideas and say "Why didn't I think of that?" It's an interesting exploration of creativity and who knows where it might lead!
